About FreeSafeMusic

FreeSafeMusic is a global library of free, copyright-safe tracks created for creators, gamers, and storytellers who need reliable music without copyright worries.

Our Mission

We know how frustrating it can be to have a video, stream, or project flagged for copyright. Our mission is simple: to give every creator access to high-quality, safe-to-use music — completely free.

Who I Am

Hi, I'm AK, the founder of FreeSafeMusic. I started this project after facing repeated copyright strikes on my own videos and streams. I wanted to create a place where anyone — no matter their budget or platform — could download music with total confidence.

What began as a small side project has grown into a resource for creators worldwide.

How It Works

  • All tracks are original or AI-assisted compositions.
  • Each track is reviewed and tagged for safe usage.
  • Downloads are instant and free — no hidden paywalls, no sign-ups.

No track here is registered with Content ID, AdRev, or any rights-management system, and we never license the catalog to anyone who could — so there's nothing to match against your video. That's what copyright-safe actually means.

It's also worth saying what we can't control. Content ID takes uploads from anyone, so a third party can register music they scraped and claim videos that use it legitimately. No free-music library can stop that. What we can do is never be the source of a claim, and help you kill one: send us the track and a screenshot and you'll get written license proof plus help filing the dispute. The full terms are on the license page.
